We ship WORLD-WIDE at no additional cost to you.
Our goal is to offer you our products, no matter where you live. All of our prices include delivery. That's right, no matter where you live, we can ship to you and it does not cost you extra. Everyday, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Processing Time:
This refers to order verification, quality check and packing your items for dispatch. The majority of orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 business days after the order is placed and payment has been received in full. The exception applies to handmade, made to order or custom items. These can take up to 5 - 7 business days to process as the items must be made especially for you!
Shipping Time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the final destination. International delivery can take as little as 7 days but could possibly take up to 6 weeks depending on where you live in the world and the customs clearance process for your country.
If you have not received your product within 6 weeks* of your shipping notification email, please contact us. We will investigate and if there is a delivery issue, rest assured that you will be fully refunded or we can arrange for dispatch of the order again free of charge.

Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, many shipping companies across the world will not be operating at regular capacity and unfortunately there will be delays due to this. We do sincerely apologize for any delays in shipping but unfortunately this is completely out of our control. Rest assured, if your item is NOT delivered, we will refund you in full. We appreciate your patience in waiting for your local shipping company to deliver your item(s) once your parcel clears customs. Unfortunately, we cannot provide more information at this time as we do not control the length of any international delivery delays due to flight cancellations and/or your local government restrictions. We hope you are keeping well during these uncertain times. Should you wish to return your item(s) once received, please contact us. Detailed information on return process is located in the FAQ's section. We sympathize with your frustrations should your item(s) be delayed but unfortunately, we are all affected by the current state of the world and this is out of our control. Your local postal carrier orgovernment will have the most up to date information and will provideupdates as soon possible. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
The Oshlily.com is NOT responsible for:
- International Duties or Customs charges.
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages.
- Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
- Wrong address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to change your shipping address of the order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at service@oshlily.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Lost or Missing Orders:
Please note we are not liable for lost or missing orders after carrier confirms successful delivery. If your tracking number shows its delivered on the shipper's website, whether its USPS or Royal Mail, 99% of the time the package is there and all you would have to do is search for the package - maybe its in the wrong mailbox or maybe someone picked it up for you.
If in any event that you cannot find the item that was successfully delivered as per USPS or Royal Mail tracker, we can provide a courtesy discount to reship your order. Please contact support for details.
If you choose not to pay for your order again, unfortunately your order cannot be refunded because we shipped exactly what you ordered to the address you provided and the shipping company or tracker confirms the delivery of the items.
Track Your Order:
- All our shipments include tracking number with email confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
- After your order has been processed(3-5 business days), please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to show. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
